by | May 28, 2015

If you like game sevens, there’s some good news. Both Conference Finals are going to a game seven. The Rangers and Lightning faceoff on Friday night 8:00 pm ET at Madison Square Garden.

On Wednesday night, the Chicago Blackhawks staved off elimination by beating the Anaheim Ducks 5-2. Game seven is on Saturday night at 8:00 pm ET at the Honda Center.

Blackhawks defenseman Ducan Keith paced the Blackhawks with three assists and forward Andrew Shaw chipped in two goals to lead the Blackhawks past the Ducks. Shaw who had 15 goals during the regular season now three goals in the series against the ducks.

In the goaltending department, Ducks goalie Frederik Andersen wasn’t sharp. Anderson let in four goals on 22 shots. If the Ducks want to advance to the Stanley Cup Finals, Anderson is going to have to be better.

I know we’re getting ahead of ourselves, but the schedule for the 201 Stanley Cup Finals was released today. (NJ.COM)
