Northeastern’s Braden Pimm scored the tying goal with two seconds left in the final period, ruining what would have been the first collegiate win for UMass freshman goalie Kevin Boyle, as UMass and Northeastern battled to a 3-3 tie in Hockey East action. UMass was led by goals from Colin Shea, Branden Gracel and TJ Syner. Northeastern got two goals from Justin Daniels and the game-tying goal from Pimm. Northeastern netminder Chris Rawlings made 37 saves while Boyle stopped 32 in his college debut. (All photos shot by Dennis Pause / InsideHockey)
