Ryan Miller made the save on PA Parenteau’s shot to start the shootout and then Brad Boyes Scored on Al Montoya to put Buffalo up 1-0 in the first round. Frans Neilson’s second round shot went wide and then Jason Pominville scored the game winner which would be Buffalo’s first victory against the Islanders this season.
