Photo Gallery: Rangers @ Ducks (3/9/11)

The Anaheim Ducks defeated the New York Rangers 5-2 on Wednesday evening at Honda Center. The Ducks were led by defenseman Lubomir Visnovksy  and right wing Corey Perry who each recorded two goals and an assist. Bobby Ryan also added a goal and three assists. Goaltender Dan Ellis made 30 saves in the victory. Anaheim concluded their seven-game homestand 4-2-1.

With the victory, the Ducks improved their overall record to 36-25-5 for 77 points but still find themselves two points out of a playoff spot in the tight Western Conference. With the loss, the Rangers record dropped to 35-30-4 for 74 points but still remain the seventh seed in the Eastern Conference.
