The Chicago Express took on the Cincinnati Cyclones at the Sears Centre Arena in Hoffman Estates Illinois. A 3 game series in 5 days, Starting on Wednesday January 25, the Express went 2 for 3. Losing the first one 3-2 in overtime. Game 2 on Saturday the Express shutout the Cyclones 3-0, and in the 3rd matchup on Sunday the Express came from a 0-2 deficit to eventually take the game to a shootout and the 3-2 win.
