Flyers, Titans Renew ECHL Affiliation

The Flyers locked up their minor league affiliates for upcoming season on Monday, renewing their agreement with their ECHL affiliate, the Trenton Titans. Flyers General Manager, Paul Holmgren announced the agreement on Monday. Holmgren said, “We are pleased to have the Trenton Titans as our ECHL affiliate and look forward to working closely with them on developing future Flyers in a winning environment.”

Our relationship has always been strong with the Flyers and we look forward to taking that to the next level.  I am happy to call Trenton – the Home of Future Philadelphia Flyers.”

With the renewal of the affiliation agreement, players under contract with the Philadelphia Flyers and Adirondack Phantoms can be sent to Trenton of the East Coast Hockey League. Players under contract with the Trenton Titans can be called up to the Adirondack Phantoms of the American Hockey League.
