The proverbial paint on the NHL exhibition season has barely had time to dry but three former Vancouver Canucks' forwards, although separated, are in positions to have seasons like they did when they were at the top of their game playing together on Vancouver's West Coast Express.

Former BCHL defenseman Erick Belanger has been playing hockey since the age of five. Following in his older brothers Justin and Marc’s footsteps, he played hockey in Nanaimo, BC throughout his childhood until he was a young adult when his career in his hometown ended. But when that door closed, another one opened.
